  1. The delivering trucking company is responsible for moving your order to the end of the truck ONLY for easy off-loading (curbside delivery). Please be ready to unload your awning with a friend or relative.
    Upon request and scheduling, the carrier may provide assistance under it's own discretion for a FEE
    designated by the carrier.

  2. Carefully count pieces and match the actual amount received with the amount listed on delivery receipt.

  3. All small package deliveries via UPS will be delivered to your door by the UPS driver.
NuImage Awnings makes every effort to select the best transportation provider available to service our customers. In the unlikely event our shipment is not received in "factory fresh" condition, please follow the steps listed below.

  1. Note any shortages clearly on both the driver's copy and your copy of the delivery receipt. For example: "Short 1 piece, item #abcd1234." Have the driver sign as well.

  2. Carefully check each crate and carton for visible damage. All damage to either packing or contents MUST BE CLEARLY NOTED at the time of delivery on the delivery receipt and signed by the driver.
    For example: "Damaged"

  3. Notify both the carrier and NuImage Customer Service (1-800-901-3313) about any shortages or damages immediately.

  4. Generic exceptions such as "subject to inspection" will not be accepted.

  5. Remember: Count, check, verify, notate, be specific, have driver sign and notify Customer Service.

To better serve our customers, NuImage Awnings pro-actively monitors and manages our shipping rates on an ongoing basis. Our transportation options vary based on the size and weight of our products after we have prepared them for shipment. Many of our awnings are available up to 26 feet in width and require specific LTL (less-than-truckload) shipping arrangements. The price ranges below have been calculated after considering these factors and the relative cost of our products.

Shipping rate for all Retractable Awnings, regardless of size is $149.00 each.

  • One Retractable   = $149.00
  • Two Retractables = $298.00

Shipping rates are for shipments within the continental United States only. If you require shipping outside of the United States please call for a quote.
  • A minimum shipping rate of $129.00 will be applied to orders containing a Weatherguard Cover.
     This provides the option to purchase a Weatherguard as a single item, perhaps at a later date. We recommend that it be included with your Retractable Awning when initially ordered to avoid additional shipping costs.

NuImage Awning products are custom-made based upon individual customer measurements, color selections and patterns. NuImage Awnings is committed to customer satisfaction and in the unlikely event that a product must be returned for credit, a return authorization number must be obtained from NuImage Awnings before any products can be returned. All returns must be shipped back in its original cartons and in new condition. All returns are subject to a restocking fee and the return freight is the responsibility of the purchaser. Request for return must be received at NuImage Awnings within 7 days of product being received by the purchaser.
